We have full confidence in our products and in our service to you.
  • If you are not completely happy with the received product, please send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please also email us at info@baystree.com or use the contact form to inform us. 

    Please, remember: you cannot return a personalized product.

  • We'll issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

WARRANTY

  • All of our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer for six months to the original purchaser. The manufacturer’s warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts.
