ABOUT OUR FELT
Made of carbonized wool, treated with a light paraffin solution to provide water repellency, dyed with eco-friendly vegetable based dyes, and is short sheared to prevent surface pilling. Our Merino wool blend designer felt meets the human-ecological requirements for Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, and is certified as sustainable, biodegradable, and free of harmful substances. Our designer felt has been tested and has passed the CAN/ULC-S102 for flame spread and smoke development, and is certified for architectural use in commercial buildings.

  Please, remember: you cannot return a personalized product.

• We'll issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• All of our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer for six months to the original purchaser. The manufacturer’s warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts.
